A lot will depend on what you are used to pre-surgery. You want to get walking immediately, but listen to your body. That first week or two when my incisions started feeling achy and sore, I would stop. Don't over do it, but definitely get moving. It will help you feel better in so many ways.

Hour long walk this morning equals 8500 steps by 10am. Yay!!!

Oh Hell yeah get it!!!!!
