Crafty-in-Carolina 138 Posted January 24, 2017 A lot will depend on what you are used to pre-surgery. You want to get walking immediately, but listen to your body. That first week or two when my incisions started feeling achy and sore, I would stop. Don't over do it, but definitely get moving. It will help you feel better in so many ways.
