Pre Op 2 week liquid diet

I started my 2 week liquid diet on Monday , Jan 16th and as of today Thursday Jan 19th I lost 5 lbs already . From 245 in July I'm down to 225 . I lost 20 lbs already in total . Super excited .

How has the liquid diet been going for you? I started mine Tuesday it hasn't been as bad as I was thinking yet

It has been good far. I have my surgery on Jan 30th.

I started my 2 week on Jan 11 and am down at least 12 pounds now. What used to be my comfy jeans (weren't too tight on the waist) are now getting way too big. The stress/fears of the pre-op diet aren't near as bad now after seeing the results. It's got me excited now and am feeling the difference.
