Wendyfm 494 Posted January 24, 2017 I'm almost three years out, down a hundred pounds and wrestle with the same three or four pounds, other than that I haven't gained weight back. I can eat regular food, but I have to count calories and Stick with the Protein and carb requirements, make sure I drink enough, exercise and still take Vitamins.
