I started preop diet on Jan 4th. Had surgery Jan 13th. Starting weight 249 current weight 235. Down 14 boom! This sleeve is gonna be a game changer indeed.

Hi, I am happy on your progress!!! I was sleeved on the 10thJan and lost 13lbs on the first week.

I struggling with my Protein intake though....hate those shakes.

Look at all of us!! Making great progress. I hear yah on the Protein, vsgadriana. I'm doing good with my liquid intake and my surgeon and Nut said that's the first to focus on. I have been using EAS advant edge with 15g of Protein in each and I do like them. They have pre-maid ones and the tubs with the Protein powder .
