scales can create fails! Mine gets me emotionally! I can tell Im losing inches before weight, Im definitely getting more and more deflated and my too tight skinny clothing from last year is now too small. So I agree, if I had the courage I would smash my scale too!!!

Wow you look great! I need to throw out my scale too. I weigh myself daily and have become a little obsessive. I love noticing the changes in my clothes.
