I has been 13 weeks since surgery. Sometimes I am like the energizer bunny at times I am exhuasted

My energy was depleted, I felt like a zombie some days. Once I was able to eat more Protein and increase my Water intake I slowly started having more energy. It took me about a month and a half to feel my energy levels return, and then some.
