skloewer 11 Posted January 18, 2017 Hi! I was sleeved August 17, 2016. I have lost a pretty decent amount of weight, but I haven't lost anything in the last two months. Since Thanksgiving, I haven't dropped a single ounce. I am still getting my Protein and Water in every day and staying in a good calorie range. I am active and have really tried to stay on track. I just cannot seem to bust through this plateau. I have an appointment with my doctor next month but I really do not want to go in without a single pound lost! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to break through a plateau? Should I change things up? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! MowryRocks 679 Posted January 18, 2017 Whenever I have a stall that lasts longer than I think it should, I always call the nutritionist first, then the surgeon if I get no response. At one point, the nut told me I wasn't getting enough calories, I increased and started losing within a couple days.
Blessed2Bhere 0 Posted January 18, 2017 I am also in a stall. I have not lost any weight since before Christmas. I am also trying very hard to stay on track. I have gone back this week to drinking a lot of Protein shakes except for one meal per day. After 3 days of that I have still not lost anything. I had my surgery July 13th and have only lost 55 lbs. I am getting very discouraged.

blueliz 1 Posted January 20, 2017 Hi all, I am new to this site and discussions. I had surgery in April 2016, so about 9 months now and along the way I have had some stalls though I have lost a good amount of weight. It is getting more difficult as I go along and I have a way to go to reach my goal. I've noticed a lot of posts are from new people who are in the "new phases" of excitement and things that are mostly positive, but I would like to see if anyone else is finding it more challenging with time. I'm on this website to get support from others who are working through this life change, and to help me stay focused on my goal. I appreciate any feedback, challenges, successes that any of you are going through... 1 tearsofapache reacted to this
