danaymacklin 177 Posted January 18, 2017 I'm 6 1/2 weeks out and the last two weeks have been stalls:(. I know these are to be expected but wondering if anyone can shed some light as to why and especially so early on. Also, I've just started working out this past Monday which will help I think:) lol What have you done to see results in pushing pass these stalls? catwoman7 11,221 Posted January 18, 2017 I'm not sure that anyone really knows what causes them. I think your body just has to stop and re-calibrate once in awhile. Really all you can do is continue to stick to your plan - hide the scale if you have to - and know that the stall *will* break! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
