Hey everyone. So the last 6 months have been really tough on me mentally. I lost all ambition due to a lot going on in my life. Even gained a few pounds, not a lot but still very frustrating. Trying to figure out a way to get that mentality back when I first did all this. Still have no regrets but want the motivation and determination I once had. Thanks!

You must try the reset! It not only resets the restriction on your smaller tummy, but it does something in your brain that is indescribable!! The first two days feels like torture, by the 3rd day your not even interested in food!! Oh and losing some weight ain't bad either!! I lost 13lbs and am still losing... I lost 3lbs last night! It's jump started this all over again for me!! Good luck!
