I am also January 30th! Started liquid diet yesterday. Not going to lie, it was HARD. Got a monster headache and slept 13 hours last night. Feeling a little better today. I know it's going to get better- just keep reminding myself:)

Surgery Jan 30 for me also...i started my liquid diet on jan 12 i would be lieing if i said its easy im on day 6 my headaches have stopped i get a few dizzy spells hungry is not as bad but i am starting to choke back the Optifast shakes make sure to change up flavors in ur shakes it helps i cheated a couple days ago with 2 crackers WORST MISTAKE your stomach gets use to liquids so the crackers were to heavy i had the worst cramps ever... 12 more days to go

My date is also January 30th! Day 6 of the liquid diet...I thought it would get easier but it hasn't! Cannot wait for this to be over.

My surgery is the 27th. Just finishing 2nd day of liquid diet and have a raging cold, cough and runny nose. Really hoping it's a quick one so they don't postpone my surgery due to illness.

Thanks! Today is my birthday also and my husband got a real kick out of the fact he could make me Breakfast in bed by bringing me in a Protein shake LOL
