I was sleeved 11/9/16 and have been following my plan religiously. I've had some stalls but not long periods of time. I feel I have more energy, so yesterday I took stairs instead of the elevator out of curiosity and I was able to without my knees making any cracking sounds and without pain. It's been so long since I've been able to do that. I'm so excited!
