AZLoser 103 Posted January 16, 2017 (edited) Try Unjury. It's pretty undetectable in most things. Edited January 16, 2017 by AZLoser

FindingCarrie 244 Posted January 16, 2017 I use the unflavored Isopure. I could actually drink it with just Water, but I typically mix it with chicken or beef broth. I will try it with cottage cheese and other things once I move on to soft foods. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
doxaholic 252 Posted January 16, 2017 So when you mix it with broth do you mix the whole scoop or just some? Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App
FindingCarrie 244 Posted January 16, 2017 Info 8 oz of broth and mix one scoop of the powder with it while it is cool. I shake it in a shaker bottler so that it gets mixed really well. Then I pour it in to a coffee cup and heat it up. It makes he broth look kind of milky, but it really doesn't change the flavor of the broth all that much. If you add it after you heat the broth, you risk it clumping and getting gross when you try to mix it. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
PhillyAj 90 Posted January 17, 2017 I got this from Amazon & use it in everything: (i think 1 scoop is 25g): i mix it in my no salt ketchup (for my eggs), unsweetened applesauce, sugar free Jello & pudding etc I also drink 1 Isopure flavor Protein drink a day (which has 40g of protein). I am getting in almost 80g a day of Protein. Hope this helps! Sent from my iPhone
doxaholic 252 Posted January 17, 2017 Finding carrie how far along are you? I guess where i am having trouble is i am only allowed 1/4 cup which is like 2 oz. One scoop seems like alot to me so i would never mix it unless i drank tea or something. Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App

FindingCarrie 244 Posted January 17, 2017 Doxaholic I am pre op. My surgery is tomorrow. I won't be able to do this after surgery, but I can mix it using the whole scoop and heat up my oz portions and refrigerate the rest to be warmed up later. As long as you drink it all be the end of the day, you will get 25g of Protein from the one scoop, even if you have to break it up over multiple meals.
