I made a southwestern style chilli this weekend. I added a no-no (corn) and I used some sweet Bell peppers hoping it wouldn't be too spicy, which helped. I used black Beans, and for kicks I threw in some garbanzo Beans, why not. It turned out really good. I used no recipe. Just threw in whatever lol :-) I added plain Greek yogurt and cheese to the top when I ate it.
