Pre-Op Clear Liquid Phase

I'm getting my surgery tomorrow and I'm doing the clear liquid phase. Did anyone else feel super light headed? I'm so drained and exhausted all day long. I slept 12+ hours last night and I'm struggling to keep productive.

Yes, I was very light headed leading up to my surgery. I went from eating 2,000+ calories a day to essentially under 800, and all liquid in 1 day. It's hard to get used to, and in fact you will still probably feel light headed after surgery as well. Your body will eventually get used to it.

I feel light-headed too. I drink Water to alleviate the symptoms.
