Is there anything I can use in my keurig that's ok? I'm currently preop and allowed max 60 grams of carbs a day. Before my preop diet started, I was using French vanilla Cappuccino k-cups. There's no nutrition information on the boxes so I wasn't sure. If I can't ever use it again, I'll be a little sad....but I'll live.

I am 3 weeks post op and use my Keurig everyday. I make Decaf coffee, tea, etc. It just depends on your tastes and finding some choice you enjoy

I love chocolate raspberry truffle Keurig cups. OMG it is sooo good. Have them everyday. I limit myself to one caffeine cup in the morning and depending on whether or not I'm working late or going out somewhere after work, I may have another one. Otherwise, I buy the same flavor in Decaf and will drink that. I use non dairy Creamer powder with no sugar or sweetener since the creamer has 1 gram per tsp. I count my Creamers, which works out to about 12 grams per day.

Do you add anything to your coffee?

Be very careful with things like Cappuccino and chai lattes for the kuerig. Many of those have added sugars. My NUT approved regular coffee for me at 6 weeks post op. I use my kuerig everyday to have a cup of coffee in the morning, but only coffee--nothing with added carbs or sweeteners.
