What Vitamins are you using durning your pre op and post op diets? I just ordered vitamin patches because I was thinking the less pills I have to try to swallow the better. Thank you for your replies

I had RNY. I use the Patches and monthly B12 shot. Working great so far 2.5 months post op.

I use Rainbow Light Women's with Probiotics. They are food based so they do not hurt my stomach.
