Is there a possibility of creating a "classifieds" area on the BB?

This may have been addressed before, sorry for the repeat if it has been...but I'm wondering if there is a way we could create a classifieds section where we could list and sell/buy our old clothing. Although some of our surgeons have this sort of system within their group, many do not. Creating this classifieds board would allow people to puchase gently used clothing in smaller sizes for a fraction of the cost of buying new clothing. Or, if a person prefers, they may give the clothing away and just get compensated for shipping.

I belong to an infertility/parenting BB that has such a forum and it runs smoothly and allows folks to purchase their children's clothing and save some money. I'd be happy to share the website w/ a mod. if they would like to look at it.
