Dknal2 1,066 Posted January 14, 2017 Sleeved on 12/5/16 Pre op weight ( as of July 13 ,2016) 242 lbs Surgery day weight - 219 lbs Current weight - 191 lbs Don't get me wrong.... so happy to be 51 lbs down total. But it has slowed down but I am staying committed. I have increased physical activity and I'm now cleared to do core exercises and in another week all exercises. So I'm gonna work just get a little ugh ???? when scale doesn't move. However, I am noticing inches disappearing on me . So it's a catch 22 but I want the scale to move, lol. bajagirlo8 7 Posted January 15, 2017 I was sleeved on 11/28/16 Sw: 217lbs Cw: 186 lbs But I have stalled the last week and half and it's frustrating. But I hv to look at; it took years to put it on, and yes more then half my stomachs gone, but my body needs to adjust. So I keep doing what I'm doing and moving forward waiting for my plateau to move along. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
