I had a hard time finding foods to eat. You are not out of the phases yet though. Once you are try things like a low sugar BBQ Sauce on shredded pork and a few pickles! YUM! Focus on fun Proteins. I've also been loving some sloppy joes, butter chicken, pork chops, etc. You just have to try lots of things to find what you like and what your new tummy likes. It is a little depressing and I know it's a struggle but you will find your way.

I now go for fancy Protein dishes. I just haven't tried beef yet because I was told it's hard to digest.
