xoxococojay 842 Posted April 11, 2017 Everyone is different. But i know for me i don't believe in the 6 meals per day thing. I think if you already know snacking is your struggle, find a different way to structure your meals so you aren't snacking. It will help prevent re-gaining later on down the road.Try portioning everything out for the whole day and take it with you, so you know that's all you can have.
