Thru it all, the hunger, throwing up, heartburn,fright & frustration i was down 28lbs @ 29 days post opp , from 294 to 266 (im 5'10") @ my check up yesterday, SLEEVERS, its not easy but there is light @ the end of the tunnel!       Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
