Constant nausea and weakness

I am just over 5 weeks out from my sleeve surgery. At first everything was great, no nausea no reflux, no problems getting in my liquids or Proteins. However for the past 4 days I have felt nauseous and uncomfortable all day every day, and it gets worse when I eat, no matter what I eat. I also feel some slight pain up in my shoulders, I don't know if this is normal or maybe I should call my surgeon. Anyone else experience this at 5 weeks out?

Yes and they found an ulcer along the surgical line. Let your dr. Know asap.
