Part of problem of me eating was choosing food that doesn't hurt to eat. Fredbear 397 Posted January 14, 2017 (edited) I've timed my meals to coincide with my Vitamin schedule: 7:15 - Breakfast and Vitamin #1 8:15 - Start drinking (not really waiting an hour after breakfast, this is just when I get settled in at work) 9:30 - snack #1 and Calcium chew #1 12:00 - Stop drinking 12:30 - lunch and vitamin #2 1:20 - Start drinking 2:30 - Snack #2 and calcium chew #2 5:00 - Stop drinking 5:30 (ish) - dinner and calcium chew #30 minutes after dinner - Start drinkingBedtime - vitamin #3 I went back and added in my drinking schedule. Between 8:15 and 12:00, I generally drink 48-72 oz. Between 1:20 and 5:00, I drink another 48-72 oz. I don't have any problems at all getting liquids in, in fact I drink 100+ oz. a day; I actually stop mid-evening so I don't have to get up and pee during the night. I usually start between 8:00 and 9:00 in the morning, and finish around 9:00 at night. It is an all-day affair. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
