visionmom77 12 Posted January 12, 2017 I was told by nutritionists to eat something every 2 hrs. Is that even possible? Who's eating that often? What are you eating? I'm not that hungry... Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Vinasu 621 Posted January 12, 2017 My nutritionist says to never eat more than 3 times a day to prevent grazing. They're all so different! Sent from my SM-G925V using the BariatricPal App
Ssze1109 163 Posted January 12, 2017 I will eat a few almonds, some cheese, or one of those P3 packs. If I don't then I really get hungry unfortunately. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Thick2Thin2016 63 Posted January 12, 2017 I eat every two to three hours.I eat less than 200 calories at every small meal and try to make sure there is 10-15 gram Protein minimum. For an example I may have triple zero Greek yogurt with five mixed berries and six to nine almonds.the next meal might be 1.5 scrambled egg with salsa, the next might be a balance protein bar.You get the idea. BreannaW 50 Posted January 12, 2017 How do you guys eat every 2 to 3 hours and still get all your liquid in? I am 4 months out and I am struggling with making sure I eat enough and drink enough each day.... after eating, I constantly feel full... then come time to eat again and I am full from drinking my liquid... Definitely not complaining, just curious how you all pull it off...

visionmom77 12 Posted January 13, 2017 I'm three weeks out...I also struggle between eating & drinking & one or both go lacking because I'm often not hungry. Then I sip when I drink so takes me forever to finish. I can't tolerate taking my chewable Vitamins. They taste horrible & are too huge. I need to do so much better. Perhaps I need to make a schedule as well. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
blizair09 3,250 Posted January 13, 2017 I eat 7-8 times per day. By the time I allow the appropriate time before and after drinking Water, it takes me 12-14 hours to get it all in, but it works!
