Faitheyfoo 6 Posted January 11, 2017 So I'm 7 months out and I've lost 115 lbs...needless to say I have a little bit of loose skin, although i am actually lucky because it's not a lot. erp 2,016 Posted January 12, 2017 Time. Seriously. 7 months of rapid weight loss, your skin needs time to catch up. I have loose skin but saw a noticeable improvement between year 1 and year 2. I also work out regularly and hit my Water goals. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Sandee29 113 Posted January 15, 2017 I don't think a cream will help. Exercise & toning is the key. I lost 95 lbs at one point and toned most of my body except my inner thighs which were beyond toning and tightening loose skin. All depends on your skin's elasticity.
