__chasinglife 5 Posted January 10, 2017 Went to a support group at the hospital last night. The dietician gave us a list of all approved Vitamins and was talking about the Bari Life Multivitamin powder. She says it has everything you need, Vitamin wise, in the power. 2 scoops a day, has all the Calcium citrate, D, Iron, etc. Has anyone heard anything about it? Is it too good to be true? TIA. Bufflehead 6,358 Posted January 11, 2017 It's too revolting to be true. Trust me. Well, if you like drinking vile-tasting gritty sludge I suppose it is great.

christy_ 0 Posted January 11, 2017 I recently purchased a Tespo it's a Vitamin dispenser has only the powder and mixes with just enough Water (small shot glass).. they have a bariatric specific Vitamin not too bad since there are no fillers. I mix mine with a little bit of orange juice and it's fine.. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
