brennafaith 25 Posted January 10, 2017 OK yall I was sleeved on the 27th and need any and all advice. How should I be eating ? Protein shake in morning - then what ? Exercises I should be doing ? I've hit my stale so I'm trying to maybe get some advice... I honestly don't even feel like I've been sleeved except the air bubbles when i drink stuff: but other then that i feel fine, which is sometimes frustrating.. sometimes a blessing. Anybody know of any good books about the surgery and after life that I could read? TIA. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using the BariatricPal App
JamieLogical 8,710 Posted January 10, 2017 What food stage are you in? At 2 weeks out, you shouldn't really be "exercising" yet other than "brisk walking" for up to an hour a day. Not an hour straight! An hour total. Your nutritionist should have given you info about how frequently and how much to be eating. At two weeks I was still in my full liquids phase. I "ate" 5 times a day. Three of those times were Protein shakes and the other two were things like Greek yogurt or cottage cheese.
hayleyf3706 150 Posted January 10, 2017 My first two weeks were totally liquid. Second two are "puréed" which I'm currently in. Eating/drinking enough to get 80g Protein and 64oz Clear Liquids. Walking a few times a day. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
