Coachthex32 166 Posted January 10, 2017 I am traveling for work the next two weekends. (ugh...i hate hotels) I start the pureed stage on Thursday for two weeks. Any suggestions on how to stay on track while on the road. I am packing a bunch of Protein shakes and Protein Water, but need some quick options since I will not have a blender with me. Diana_in_Philly 1,426 Posted January 10, 2017 tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad -- just chew them up really well. You should be able to get them at any deli near your hotel. Scrambled eggs, poached eggs, applesauce, any kind of Soup you can tolerate. In a pinch, mashed potatoes, oatmeal. You just have to have a plan. You've got this!
