Normal, eat slowly and chew well, when you start burping, stop eating.

It could be a sign that you are full. For me it is just my post op life. I burp after drinking, eating, heck I burp just because I am breathing.

i burp all the time when i eat and if i drink to much to fast i burp. I say nowadays i could win a burping contest i'm so good at it. I just smile and place that in my list of post-op life changes. Sometime it is worse than others. No biggy.

I was sleeved in Mexico, and our valet said that post-sleeve burping is just a way of life. He also mentioned that you should not cover your mouth when you burp, when you do that, only half of the gas gets out - so now, I'm about the rudest person you'll see - and loving every minute of it!
