JamieLogical 8,713 Posted January 9, 2017 Definitely don't do it! Especially not with corn chips and crackers! I wasn't allowed any "crunchy" foods for three full months post-op! Cravings are just that. Cravings. You don't have to give into them.

spowell 14 Posted January 9, 2017 I can't have anything crunchy and I'm almost 5 weeks out. The struggle is real. I try string cheese. I can't even have cucumbers yet. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App
Vinasu 621 Posted January 9, 2017 When you get cleared for crunchy veggies, get carrot chips- -the raw rounds. They are a fantastic vehicle for hummus and salads. Sent from my SM-G925V using the BariatricPal App

JodiT140 34 Posted January 9, 2017 I was cleared by my NUT for whole wheat crackers. I was told I had to let them desolve in my mouth and limit to a couple not the whole box. I know it's hard to wait but don't eat anything crunchy until your cleared my your doctor. Just a side note my nut wants me to have some carbs in my diet. Yours may have a different plan for you! Good luck! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using the BariatricPal App
