I just had VSG this last Thursday 1/5. So far so good. I can tell my stomach is still inflamed and it's hard to get liquids down currently but each day gets better. I have already lost 10 pds which was surprising to me as I thought I would be heavier after surgery. Glad to find a forum with people who are in a similar stage.

I'm pretty new here too, but it's been a great resource. My surgery is on the 25th; glad to hear yours went well!

liquids are getting easier and I was able to start on full liquids today. Omg panera Tomato Soup was amazing (well not all of it lol) and for the first time in a week I feel like I have a little umph.
