Blessed618 10 Posted January 11, 2017 Yaaay, 9 days post op and feeling okay.my family all came to visit and break bread with me! My family had their usual soul food and good conversations! I enjoyed the smells and the chattering of my babies! I am so damned proud of myself! I walked around with my cream of brocoli Soup, my bottle of Water and Protein drink. I didnt feel anxious or a desire toeat any of the food. I merely reminded myself that didnt do all this work for nothing! Now the next thing i have to be comitted to is more movement/treadmill ... No excuses, i have one in my bedroom. I was simply elated when i finally had abowel movement, actually two. Hot damn , im Oving forward???????????????????????????? Blessed618 10 Posted January 19, 2017 I'm at my first post op visit and I feel great. I have on a pair of jeans that I could not fit and I have room in them too!
