April0452 4 Posted January 5, 2017 Just curious what might be going on. I feel like I'm full right up to my throat. Do I have food stuck or what. I've taken 4 papaya enzymes. Could it be GERD? It's driving me crazy. I've been like this for about 6 hours now. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using the BariatricPal App
suzzzzz 1,005 Posted January 5, 2017 Sorry I can't help. Never felt that. Walk and see if it helps. How far out from surgery are you? Did you eat a new food? Too much?
April0452 4 Posted January 5, 2017 I'm about 6 weeks post op. I ate some chicken breast, green Beans and mashed potatoes. (Very small portions though) Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using the BariatricPal App
suzzzzz 1,005 Posted January 5, 2017 It may be a matter of one bite too much. I have done that twice and never again. It is so very uncomfortable. Never have taken papaya enzymes. Might just be some time that you need. Sorry for your struggle.
Kaylamh 144 Posted January 5, 2017 That happens sometimes. Try to make sure your foods are moist to avoid it getting stuck!
redgirl37 43 Posted January 5, 2017 I had that feeling and I didn't feel better until i threw it up. I'm not sure what other options you have but that was the relief for me. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
