Calizzer 11 Posted January 4, 2017 I took off one week and am working from home a week. I feel like I could go back now. The issue will be exhaustion from lack of food. Best advice I saw on here was to go back on a Wednesday so you can start with half a week in case a full week is too much Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

sleeved.tekee 18 Posted January 4, 2017 I took 2 weeks off. Which was perfect for me. I was only in pain, sore, and tender for a lil over a week. By the time I went back I was painless, and full of energy. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Vee16 33 Posted January 5, 2017 I thought I would only take 3 weeks but seeing as I'm always dizzy and tired I decided to take another week or two. I hope to go back when I'm on solids. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
