Still at about the 1300-1400 calorie a day mark. Still not following the program 100%. I think the rebel in me can't follow directions 100%. This scares me a bit because it's what has always caused problems for me. So I am eating my Protein first and most meals / food is good for me. However, I am adding in some sweets and can't seem to get back to a place where this doesn't happen. I'm taking a DBT skills class which is really helpful regarding mindfulness and distress tolerance, etc. I'm working out and can really see changes in my 55 year old body. I LIKE it! Have just lost about 2.5 pounds this month. Down to 182. I don't post much but I do love reading how everyone is doing so thanks and here's a quote I found recently that I love; Giving up on a goal because of a setback is like slashing your other 3 tires because you got a flat. 2 my new beginning 2016 and sxynana reacted to this

PB42 34 Posted March 6, 2017 I am down about 55 lbs. Sleeved Oct. 3. Am babysitting grandchildren so I haven't been able to weigh for a week. Anxious to see if I have gone up or down. My big question is how everyone is doing with Hair loss? ??? Mine has been really shedding for about 3 weeks. Any cheer on when it will start filling back in??? And does it affect your eyelashes??? I swear mine are disappearing. I am going to ask this on the main site also so hopefully, someone who is farther along can give us some wisdom. Love seeing how every one is doing. Even if my hair is thinning significantly, I am so happy with my health, energy and body. Having to buy clothes now......Fitting into a medium makes me so happy. Jacket52204 35 Posted March 7, 2017 I was sleeved 10/13. High weight 260, surgery weight was 242, current weight is 168. That's a 74lb loss in just under 5 months. I'm running or doing some other form of high intensity workouts 5-6 days a week. I also follow the diet extremely closely and track every calorie I eat. I'm one of the unlucky/lucky people who dumps anytime I consume sweets or simple carbs. Ice cream, sweet Cereal, bread, Pasta it all makes me feel like I'm dying so I just don't touch it. I'm feeling amazing! Congratulations to everyone else on your amazing transformations! 5 The New Kel, vamping, kandywolf and 2 others reacted to this
