Jill_Me 100 Posted January 17, 2017 Thanks. I will try the egg white Protein. I think I have a sample of some somewhere. I found one way that I can bearably use my unflavored Protein (Genepro). I mix it with Koolaid (sweetened artificially). I wouldn't have that every day, but it is bearable when I need the protein. Since chicken makes me nauseous I grabbed up as many Shady Brook Farms turkey thighs as I could and froze them. I cook 2 large thighs at a time in the slow cooker overnight and the meat is like pulled pork. Then I make turkey salad and eat it alone or with half a piece of whole wheat toast or with whole wheat saltines. Fat free refried Beans with a little bit of lowfat cheese is delicious.
