Consider it a lesson learned. We have all had those times. It helps us understand what we can and can't eat, and why the food plan is set up the way it is. I have overdone it, and am sorry after. Then I'm more dedicated to following the plan. We are human, and occasionally need a reminder why we have committed to this new life. We can do it!
