Being cheese, weigh it then look it up. Cheese is usually measured by the oz.

Weight the cheese. Then google "how many grams of Protein in x ounces of mozzarella cheese"

Yes, weigh it. Saying a large mozzarella ball doesn't provide a good enough perspective to determine calories or Protein.
