I've been using Body Tech Pro 24..low carb, little or no sugar, low calorie and high Protein. I believe it's a Vitamin shoppe brand. Good flavors and easy on the stomach (for me). Also, I now have problems swallowing these Vitamins, so I'm using a powder Vitamin that I mix into my Protein shake. Hope this helps!
