I was fine 6-7 days out and back to almost normal activity within doctors orders by day 10. Make sure you plan for food intake and Water while traveling and celebrating. Kaylamh 144 Posted January 3, 2017 (edited) From my one week pre-op to today, I've lost 28 lbs. started at 270, was 260 at time of surgery and now weigh 242.
