JamieG13 4 Posted January 3, 2017 I have been using an herbal tea called Smooth Move...i know, the name is hilarious! Its in the tea section and occasionally you can find it in Kerig cups. After using ALL of the above this gets and keep me regular. You drink at night and it actually tastes great so its easy to fit into your daily regimen Sent from my SM-G935P using the BariatricPal App
JamieG13 4 Posted January 3, 2017 (edited) Smooth Move tea is AMAZING! Its in the tea section at the grocery store and can somtimes be found in K-cups. I had my doubts because its a 'natural' product but ive tried all of the things above and this is my fav:) Sent from my SM-G935P using the BariatricPal App Edited January 3, 2017 by JamieG13
Bariatric_Bob 10 Posted January 3, 2017 Ugh the worst! We would always use benefiber before surgery, but my nutritionist told me that those actually can bulk things even in the stomach and isn't a good choice after surgery. They say try ducolax or colace. But omg do NOT get liquid. There is literally nothing worst tasting in this world Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App OMG I broke open one of the soft gels in my mouth hoping it would go down easy. The most horrible taste I have ever had!
Callie714 0 Posted January 3, 2017 I take a probiotic capsule every few days. It's very helpful for getting things moving.
