Lucky2Lose 184 Posted January 2, 2017 Well if your diet is like mine right now I'm not getting Fiber from vegetables and fruit because I'm only eating Protein. I slowly increased my Fiber supplements to 25g and doing better now but I had to use everything under the sun to help me for weeks. jccanada 314 Posted January 2, 2017 Im.8 months post op.... I have to do something to help every so often... FYI dolculax is HARD on the stomach. It literally makes me nauseous to have to take it since this surgery. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
NoMoreFatFA 16 Posted January 3, 2017 Ugh the worst! We would always use benefiber before surgery, but my nutritionist told me that those actually can bulk things even in the stomach and isn't a good choice after surgery. They say try ducolax or colace. But omg do NOT get liquid. There is literally nothing worst tasting in this world Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
