Hey Everyone! I should be getting my surgery in a couple months. I was just wondering what are the best/cheapest Protein supplements to get. And where to get them at? From Shakes/Powders/Bars Id Love To Here Everyone's!

I get mine from the Vitamin Shoppe, their store brand is Body Tech. Whatever you choose, make sure that the supplement gives you over 20 grams of Protein per serving without a lot of sugars. Their WheyTech Pro 24 has 24 grams of Protein and only 1 gram of sugar. It is reasonably priced, and the Cookies and Crème is GREAT in Iced Coffee!!

Cheapest whey Protein powders in stores; Walmart and costco

Best is subjective but I like Isopure Natural, Optimum Nutrition, Pretty Fit and Cellucor powders.< /p>

I find online searches net different prices all the time so shop around.
