Liquid diet

today I started my liquid diet... surgery scheduled for the 20th . I think this will be a challenge... just feeling weird... but sticking with the program!

That's what you must do stick to the program including afterwards if they say Clear liquids that's what you do if they pureed for 2 weeks that's what you do. Good luck.

Stick to it as much as you can, it'll just be more restrictive and for sure in concrete to follow when you are operated on. And you really don't want there to be any complications on when they operate on ya. Most terrible thing they will do is cancel it and reschedule it at a later time. I think the most important time to follow the rules is in the day before surgery -- Clear liquids -- they made me drink a bottle and a half of magnesium citrate to hxc clear my bowels which wasn't pleasant lol.
