DebiW 45 Posted January 3, 2017 Strangely I didn't seem to be as tired as some were. Maybe it's because I received a B12 shot during my hospital stay, but really I don't know. It sure helped me. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Harsha 168 Posted January 11, 2017 (edited) I had RNY on a Thursday... I was released from the hospital on Saturday and two hours later I was staying at a client's house (for a week). I own a pet sitting business so I was taking care of their five shar peis for a week and during the day at home with my dogs. I'm also an accountant so a desk job, and I took one week off from that job. I don't think I needed the full week, but took it just in case Sent from my SM-G925V using the BariatricPal App Edited January 11, 2017 by Harsha
Ravensgrl 19 Posted January 11, 2017 I took off 6 weeks and I'm glad I did. I probably could've gone back after 4 weeks but used the extra time to get used to my new eating routine and get some energy back. I was also eligible for fmla and short term disability, so I took advantage of that Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
genn 460 Posted January 11, 2017 I took three days off and went back to work but I run my own business so it was hard to be out long. HW 289 CW 230 bypass 11/22/
