c86mc 24 Posted January 2, 2017 I'm wondering if any of you have had frozen yogurt since surgery. It may sound dumb but im not sure of the sugar content in frozen yogurt. Maybe there's certain flavors I can and can't have? I'm taking my kids to yogurtland tomorrow and I'm hoping there's something I can have! hollyem 1 Posted January 2, 2017 Check their website, I'm sure a larger chain like that has nutritional info listed! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
NWJill 119 Posted January 2, 2017 I'm not familiar with Yogurt land but I know the frozen yogurt places near me usually offer a sugar free flavor option and usually fresh fruit as a topping. I would check out their website and see if you can get some details before you go, if you plan ahead as to what you can have it will help to avoid temptation, at least I find that works best for me Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Miss Impala 64 Posted January 2, 2017 I actually did just fine. They didnt have a sugar free alternative, so make sure you keep the portion low. I thought I did and once they weighed it and I figured the calories it didn't taste as good. c86mc 24 Posted January 2, 2017 I went. Just had a little yogurt with a couple pieces of fresh fruit. Went well! Thanks Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App
manders81 2 Posted January 3, 2017 I went to tropical smoothie and bought one with extra Protein sugar free and it was surprisingly good. Although you have to pay for a huge one that would take a week to eat lol Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
