emk101009 18 Posted January 2, 2017 Oh and has anyone experienced stomach spasms? I randomly get very bad spasms that last a minute or two but breaks me into a sweat and takes my breath away. Very bad.
RNY_Honeybee 20 Posted January 2, 2017 Congratulations on the 80!!!! Maybe you shpuld just go back to basics for a couple weeks. Full liquid diet and remember why you did the surgery. Have faith in yourself. You've come too far to quit. Sent from my SM-N930V using the BariatricPal App
MFM008 44 Posted January 2, 2017 What are you eating? I've noticed it's almost physically impossible for me to overeat. I don't know when you had your surgery but I'm 9 weeks out and I have an ulcer along the surgical line that causes bad gut pain and nausea.
