What the heck do they call those things on their arms on Biggest Loser

I know that I saw someone mention them on this forum before, but I couldn't find it. It's something with a b or bbb, something like that. I would appreciate if someone could tell me what those things are that most of the bigget losers wear on their arms. I know that they monitor their activity with them.
