So I found this yogurt at target today and it really appealed to me because it was the only yogurt I could find with an acceptable amount of sugar which is a gram because it is sweetened with stevia. My physician said anything above four grams of sugar was not something I should consume. Has anyone else heard anything about it? What kind of yogurt do you eat?

Quark isn't quite the same as yogurt, but it's similar. It's actually considered a cheese. I've had it occasionally. I think it's supposed to be more nutritious than yogurt.

some of the sugar in yogurt is just milk sugar (lactose), which is even in plain yogurt (or in milk), so I just worried about it if it seemed really high in sugar or had the word "sugar" in the ingredient list. I eat Fage, Chobani, and Dannon Fit & Light, mostly - although I've had Dannon Oikos and that's good, too

I eat oikos triple zero, my Nut recommended not exceeding 5 grams .. but yogurt always has more, so its understandable.

I've had it but didn't care for it. Same with Siggi's.

My NUT did approve it though but mostly suggests Oikos Triple Zero in the black containers. No added sugar and no added artificial sweeteners.

Though I have to say my favorite yogurt is the Dannon Greek Light and Fit cherry flavored. But I do have the Oikos as well. And I do have the plain non fat greek yogurt but put in some fruit.< /p>
