luli1690 31 Posted December 31, 2016 I've always been obsessed with cold Water and still am after surgery. I just worry I may be drinking too much. Is there such a thing? Sent from my iPhone I'm suppose to drink 4oz in a hour, but when it comes to cold Water I feel I could drink 4 oz in about 30 minutes. If you drinking no too fast you are fine. I'm avoiding dehydration. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

CeruleanSkye 3 Posted January 1, 2017 I love cold water! It's the only thing i've been able to drink and enjoy post-op. My surgeon allows crystal light, any diet see through drinks, and even snapple. But i've tried all of them and they're way too sweet for my liking. So i just stick to my cold cold Water. Tastes great and no sweetness.
Kim622 8 Posted January 1, 2017 Me too! My dates not til April but this whole "sips" and " but not while you eat" sounds so frustrating to me! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using the BariatricPal App
White Sale 339 Posted January 1, 2017 No, but do you think brand has something to do with it? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App For me, brand is everything when it comes to Water. Dasani and Aquafina are terrible. Anything that's been filtered is terrible. I LOVE Water, but only spring water like Zephyrhills or Fiji or even store brand, so long as it isn't "drinking water." I drink so much I can definitely taste difference between types and brands.
